I am your lead trainer here at shestough.com! I’m a mother of 3! All 3 kids of mine came within a span of 5 years. I have managed to get back to my usual self using the training principles found here at shestough.com. I have made it my mission to provide affordable and effective programs to help women feel their absolute best throughout every stage of womanhood. Every woman’s body is different, and that’s why I created programs for all types of goals. I am excited to release this pregnancy program that provides low-impact exercising to mothers-to-be that incorporate resistance training, meditation, yoga, and baby bonding.
